Description
Restoration of the Tabernacle Oil. The Lord says He will rebuild the fallen tent of David in these end days. This is the Tabernacle of Praise that is within man. Amos 9:11 “In that day will I raise up the Tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:”
Acts. 15:16 “After this I will return, and will build again the Tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:” Recently while on a trip to Israel I was in Hebron in Israel and the olive growers there had just brought some fresh pressed oil from the olive groves to sell.
I purchased some of the oil because I remembered that Samuel had brought oil from Hebron to anoint King David with and to decree the Kingship over him. This is oil from Hebron, the same region that Samuel brought the oil from to anoint David to be the King of Israel. The Lord says in these end days he will raise up the Tabernacle of Praise , which is the Tabernacle of David within each of us to show forth His Glory. So as we anoint with this oil we are saying prophetically “ Use us Lord to restore the fallen tent of Praise and Worship of your King David for our King Yeshua – Jesus. I Sam. 16:1 “And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? Fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons.” And vs.3 “and call Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will shew thee what thou shalt do: and thou shalt anoint unto me [him] whom I name unto thee.” Vs. 13 “Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.”
I Chronicles 11:3 “Therefore all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and David made a covenant with them at Hebron before the Lord. And they anointed David king over Israel, according to the word of the Lord by Samuel.” You can symbolically anoint your shofar with this oil and blow it over the people, reminding the Lord of His prophetic word to raise up the Tabernacle of David. Official Ceremony at Hebron. “Therefore came all the elders of Israel to the king to Hebron; and David made a covenant with them in Hebron before the LORD; and they anointed David king over Israel, according to the word of the LORD by Samuel.” There were only two men anointed with the oil of the shofar according to our scriptures. They were David and Solomon. This was a special anointing. I King 1:39 “And Zadok the priest took a horn of oil out of the tabernacle, and anointed Solomon. And they blew the trumpet; and all the people said, God save king Solomon.”
